Job Title: ICT Account Manager
Location: Gauteng Randburg

Job Summary:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the sale of ICT services, products and value adding items
Identify sales opportunities within existing client base and through professional networking
Prospect potential business through available sources
Manage sales pipelines
Keep abreast with clients competitiors in order to improve on service delivery
Follow up with clients post sales to ensure seamless handover and satisfaction
Resolves technical and service issues through collaboration with relevant team structures supporting clients services
Develop evaluation and monitoring process and metrix to promote high performance and delivery of service
Coordinate preparation of sales proposals and assist in tenders/bid analysis
Proactively manage customer relationships and retention
Weekly and monthly reporting to management and all relevant stakeholders and clients according to set standards

Desired Experience & Qualification:
Qualification & Experience:

5 years expereience as ICT Account Manager with multiple accounts
Knowledge of IT Infrastructure
Post Matric qualification in Busines and Marketing or equivalent
Certificate in Sales Cycle Management
Project Certification
MS Office Suite

Ability to read and interprete bids and other sales cylce documentation
Excellent negotiator

Package & Remuneration:
Negotiable, Depending on Experience

Interested?
