How to Apply/Register Online.

The Application is made by filling the Form online at KMTC Ports Application portal.

2. On the homepage, search for the application / Admission Forms Link
3. Fill it with the required details and attach the scanned copies of documents to it. Select the Program Type
4. • If applying online you can submit your documents electronically.
   • Take a printout of it for further reference.

   Note: Once your application has been submitted, the School will inform you if you have been admitted and you will be required to write a pace test, thereafter you are expected to attend classes if you met the (minimum) admission requirements.

Once you have selected a course, read the Payment Policy.

Complete the Application Form

ONLINE application – Complete the application form and upload a certified copy of your ID and latest results. * Preferred option

OFFLINE application – Download the application form and fax/email to us.

Your completed Application Form, along with your ID Document and Certificates, can be sent either via Fax, E-Mail, Post or hand delivery.

Step 4

Waiting for a response

Once you have submitted your application form, please allow sufficient time for the application to be verified and sent to the relevant Programmed Manager before inquiring on the status of your application.

Your application will be acknowledged via SMS & e-mail.
