A frustrated Betty is left to deal with a striking workforce when Dingaan and Brandon pull a houdini on her. While nursing a bruised ego, Dingaan realises that his recent actions led him to hurting and dissapointing his friends, family and the people of Cosmo.
Brandon has to convince the Snymans that he is worthy of their daughter.

The beginning of the end
Betty is nervous and worried about having to submit SIK’s books for the audit and when Dingaan comforts her, Zitha catches them together. Dingaan tries to humble himself and reaches out to Tbang to apologise but they reject his apology.
Duma is tested by his boss when he asks him to do something dangerous. Linda and Akani fix things and get back together. Israel is kicked out of the house by Ethel. Brandon is struck by a sudden deep need of companionship.

Sacrifices
While dealing with the reality of living with her father, Betty has to cover when Phumzile comes to question her about their audit. Struck by Duma’s words, Dingaan goes to visit the township to get to know the people and how they live.
Zitha learns that she is not pregnant but keeps the truth from Dingaan. Duma turns down Max. Reggie gets to see a different side of Dingaan and ends up accepting a gig from him.

Betty feels the world closing in on her when she loses YBW, gets blacklisted and considers breaking up with Dingaan. Dingaan spots Delilah in Cosmo and rallies up the forces to set a trap and get their money back. Brandon proposes to Crystal.

Hoodies, confessions and love
Betty finally comes clean to her friends and family about her shady activities which include unethical business practices, going broke and being a mistress.
Despite initial opposition from the Cosmo gatekeepers, Dingaan manages to run a succesful activation while Archie recruits Izzy for the Delilah scam. Izzy atones for his sins, Brandon and Crystal plan a lavish wedding while Archie gets some interesting information about Akani.

It’s a Bett-A-Strophe!
Betty is overwhelmed when no solution is in sight for her keeping her flat. She reluctantly makes the decision to rent it out and move back home. Dingaan is on top of the world as his image takes a positive turn and Duma agrees to come back to Nubia.
While Israel gets the ball rolling on scamming Delilah. Archie’s day is made and Brandon confirms his wedding venue.

Home Improvement
Balancing work and love, Betty is advised to look for a new tenant to pay off her debts. Betty struggles finding a tenant, leading to a crushing decision and an unexpected turn of events. Reinvigorated at XCLM’s apology, Dingaan outlines a new vision for Nubia.
Dingaan finally gets revenge on Delilah, beating her at her own game and getting back the money she stole from him. Linda is shocked to discover Akani is the son of one of her friends!

True love wins
While dealing with her breakup, Betty is taken aback when she discovers something is disturbing about Zitha but when she tells Dingaan he doesn’t believe her. Dingaan and the team pitch for a new Noa Metsi contract but Dingaan is devastated when he learns Zitha lied about the pregnancy.
Brandon and Crystal plan a fancy wedding but encounter some problems.
