Landbank: Graduate Learner Programme
The programme gives graduates access to training opportunities and on-the-job experience. Twenty positions are open at Landbank.
The Learnership Program’s aim is to offer structured study and work experience to young graduates who are unemployed.
The 24-month programme gives graduates job experience and gives them the chance to learn about and advance their careers in their specific fields of study.
The plan incorporates mentoring, where the learner can advance their expertise and knowledge while gaining real-world job experience in their area of study.
Requirements
Applicants should have a minimum of a 3 (three) year Tertiary Qualification in one of the following areas of specialisation:
- Actuarial Sciences/Mathematical Statistics/Data Science
- Agricultural Economics
- Business Management
- Credit Risk
- Finance (Financial Management/Cost & Management Accounting/Audit)
- Insurance Related
- Information Technology
- Law (LLB)
- Marketing & Sales
- Risk Management
Young unemployed graduates (between the ages of 18 and 35) who want to advance in their field of study have the chance to join the teams of the Land Bank and Land Bank Insurance.
For Land Bank and Land Bank Insurance, graduates must hold the tertiary credentials that are necessary (given below).
After completing their courses, graduates must be South African citizens and have no prior work experience.
For young graduates without jobs, we currently have 20 openings in the specialisations listed below.
